Harvesting Sea Urchins in the winter!
- The Sea Urchin industry never sleeps, even during the cold northern Norwegian winter! Like along most of the norwegian coast, the sea urchins have also taken over parts of the coast here in Lofoten. This means that most places you jump in the ocean you will find Sea Urchins, and often loads of them.
