Shipping policy

Currently we only ship within norway, and the cost for shipping is 140 NOK. If you buy for more than a 1000 NOK, the shipping costs are free! 

Orders to Svalbard and Jan Mayen might be more expensive or get cancelled. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are out of products we might not be able to ship as soon as that, but then you will be notified about when we will be able to ship. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer 140 NOK flat rate shipping within Norway.

 

In-store pickup

Free local pickup is available for costumers in Lofoten. 

International Shipping

We do currently not offer international shipping. Contact us on info@Lofotlys.com if you are interested in getting some Lofotlys´shipped abroad.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lofotlys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lofotlys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
